Gainesville Youth collects information you provide when you book yard service or sign in.

What we collect

• Name and email (account sign-in)
• Service address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• Grass type (for aeration scheduling)
• Payment records via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

County property records

We use public Hall County, Georgia property records (situs address and lot size only — not owner names) to define which homes are inside our 5-mile service radius around the program meeting place. Preloaded addresses power checkout typeahead and leader planning maps.

How we use it

Your address and grass type are used only to schedule and perform yard service. Contact details let leaders reach you about visits. Payment data is processed by Stripe.

Deletion & retention

Use Delete my account and address on your account page to remove your service address and profile details from Convex. We retain anonymized payment amounts and dates for bookkeeping (no street address).

Youth photos are not published without a parent permission flag on file (default off). Only crew leads and leaders may view customer addresses for scheduling; youth do not see full customer addresses in the app.
